On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of DOVER STREET MARKET GINZA, Rei Kawakubo and Adrian JoffeDSM’s luxury retailer has teamed up with a number of brands stocked in their stores for a series of special projects.
Central to them is a series of t-shirts in collaboration with streetwear and luxury brands such as Marni, Navy Tight, Molly Godard, bape, Margiela House, Noahand Gucci. The central design is a white ‘Dover Street Market Ginza’ t-shirt depicting the years between 2012 and 2022 cascading over the house-shaped logo. Each brand takes its own unique approach with Stüssy delivering cyan spraypaint white collar mural, JW Anderson paint strawberry patterns,
Other activations announced for the 10th anniversary celebrations include a sale of exclusive flannels from Rafu, limited edition painted boots from PHILEO, a special launch event with A dish X noma tdscreening of the film by Paul Harnden Shoemakers, sale of pieces of Virgil Ablohit is Louis Vuitton archives, and a workshop where visitors can create their own stool using a choice of three legs for a multicolored seat.
