Canterbury’s popular Christmas market returns for another year

In and around Whitefriars Shopping Center, along St George’s Street, Gravel Walk, Whitefriars Street and through Marlowe Arcade

When?

The markets will be open from Friday November 12 to Friday December 24 at:

  • Monday to Friday, from 10am to 18pm
  • Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Christmas Eve closes at 4 p.m.

What to expect

The Canterbury Christmas Market will make a comeback with “a colorful array of festive huts full of gifts as well as the usual delicious array of seasonal food and drink,” the Canterbury Christmas Market said.
