The wife of Prince Albert was admitted to Netcare Alberlito Hospital in the South African city of Durban under a pseudonym on Wednesday September 1 fFollowing complications from an ongoing ear-nose-throat (ENT) infection.

She was released the next day, with a statement from the Prince’s Palace saying: “His Highness is closely watched by His medical team who said his condition was not worrying. “
Speaking to Instagram on Saturday, she shared a new photo which she showed off smiling as she sat at a table in front of an open book. She simply captioned the snap, “God bless you,” followed by a heart-shaped emoji.

Charlene, 43, has been in South Africa since May after contracting a nasty infection. Charlene was reunited with her husband and their six-year-old twins Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella last week after a four-hour operation on August 13.
In his first interview since returning from a visit to his wife in South Africa, Albert, 63, said PEOPLE magazine from Charlene: “She’s ready to go home.”

Charlene has previously said she hopes to return to Monaco in October, but Albert told the publication that “it depends on what her doctors say,” and if her progress continues, she could be back as early as this month. .
“I know she maybe said ‘end of October’,” Albert said. “But that was before that last round of appointments. I’m pretty sure we can shorten that time frame a bit.”

Princess shared some sweet photos from their reunion with her family on Instagram in August, revealing that she was “thrilled” to meet them with her.
In July, Charlene and Albert spent their tenth wedding anniversary apart, with the palace sharing their wedding highlights on video.
