The Richmond and Wandsworth Boards have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Case Management Officer with proven case management experience. As the Senior Records Management Officer, you will lead our records management improvement program and support the broader information governance agenda.

This role will report to the Head of Information Governance and Deputy DPO and will work closely with other members of the Information Governance team in charge of data protection, information sharing, transparency, freedom of information and subject access requests. The role will also involve working with colleagues in the information security team and those responsible for information governance in management.
You will have a good knowledge of the relevant legislation, codes of practice and standards relating to records and information management. With a working understanding of their application within complex organizations or the public sector.
The primary objective of this role will be to lead and advance the records management improvement program. You will be occupied with an interesting range of work ranging from developing records management policies, to reviewing and updating existing practices and processes and adhering to them to help incorporate best practices. You will need hands-on experience using tools such as Office 365, SharePoint, and other IT applications to support adherence to retention and disposal schedules and records management best practices. .

This is a two-year fixed-term position.
