Tai Chi is a Chinese art of longevity whose movements are slow and gentle, gentle and circular, graceful and balanced. Its benefits include stress relief, calm, relaxation, improved breathing, energy, focus, posture, balance, mobility, strength, and health. We’ll explore easy-to-learn stationary and mobile exercises that can be done every day by anyone regardless of physical condition. Please wear comfortable clothes.
